We love coming here during the off season to just relax and enjoy the view. We booked a deluxe view, bottom floor room (ADA ensures bottom floor, there are no elevators here). We've also stayed in a marina view room, the view is mostly blocked by a high stucco wall, keep that in mind when booking. The rooms have refrigerators, but no microwave. The bathroom in our room had just enough counterspace for a hairbrush. Not sure if our bathroom had been cleaned because there was dried urine all over the toilet seat; we cleaned it ourselves with hand sanitizer and toilet paper. There are Keurig machines in the room for coffee, but we enjoyed taking a morning stroll over to the coffee shop. Dining options on site are limited based on the size of the resort, but you can head into town for a nice meal, the pay station to get back into the park is open at night.

Such a relaxing experience! Food was great! Especially the pancakes & omelet at breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff. A little disappointed in the boat ride. The narrator had an annoying sing song voice. Not much to see as the water level was low but that couldn’t be helped.

Offseason....property adamantly adheres to 4pm check in even though you try at 330pm. The gift shop closes at 3pm and lounge doesn't open until 5pm. Dead zone during this 3 to 5 frame. Plenty to see, yes, but just be aware.

If I was a child, this place was Christmas. If I was a bee, this would be the the most succulent and potent of flower. I rushed myself to the hot tub immediately after arriving. The joyous pool man calmed the soul and opened the gates to my own personal garden of Eden. 10/10 for all pool men. An inspiration. Hotel was nice too

I had a great experience here. The room was in an amazing location, it was clean, bed was perfect, and they provided towels (most hotels give 2 towels in a place that sleeps 4 people!) Nope, 4 towels! The restaurant was perfect. It has the most amazing view, the food was incredible, and the server's energy was off the chart! I would marry him if I could!! Loved it all around.

This is a gorgeous resort with amazing food and wait staff. But BEWARE! We made our reservation in June for our October visit. Upon arrival they magically didnt have our room. They had given it away to a tour group. We booked a king with a lake view and ended up in a double queen with a marina view. They had no explanation or excuse. Just gave us a 20% discount in the restaurant and gift shop for our trouble. I waited 29 years to come here and we were very disappointed.

If you are visiting Lake Powell or Page, the Lake Powell Resort and Marina is a great choice. Reasonably priced and surrounded by incredible scenery. The staff (thank you, Caitlyn!) was super - quick to assist and willing to see how they could make the stay even better.

We came here during the off season( Nov end) to just relax and enjoy the view. We booked a deluxe room which gave us a panoramic view of the mountains. The rooms have refrigerators, but no microwave. Dining options on site are limited based on the size of the resort, but you can head into town for a nice meal, the pay station to get back into the park is open at night. The rainbow room(on site restaurant) is not operational during the off season(little upset over that) and there is a small coffee shop for breakfast, with limited options. Pool is closed during the off season. There is no elevator in the property and hence please choose the floor wisely. If you have less luggage , surely you would like to experience the second floor view which is spectacular. There is a beautiful walkway around the resort as well. Please ask for a room service the night before, if you need it, and it will be surely done..
